This is a direct-hire, permanent position with immediate benefits starting on Day 1. You will take ownership of projects from design through completion, working across multiple sectors and collaborating with architects, engineers, and stakeholders to deliver fully integrated MEP solutions.Responsibilities:Design, develop, and implement electrical systems across diverse project types.Prepare detailed electrical drawings, layouts, and specifications.Conduct site inspections and provide technical guidance during construction phases.Perform system analysis, load calculations, and energy modeling to support efficient design.Ensure compliance with all applicable building, electrical, energy, fire, and safety codes.Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve electrical issues in existing facilities.Supervise and mentor electrical designers, supporting professional growth and project delivery.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.Minimum of 3 years of experience in the MEP industry.Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and related engineering tools.Strong knowledge of electrical codes, standards, and best practices.Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred, but not required.Why Join UsThis role offers the chance to take ownership of your designs from start to finish, making a direct impact on innovative projects across commercial, residential, and industrial markets.
