Join us and help elevate businesses with complete control and comprehensive support, let's shape the future of work together!Profile Requirements:3+ years proven experience working as an Electrical Estimator or in a similar cost estimation role within the electrical or construction industry.Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems, installations, materials, and current industry practices.Proficiency in estimation software and advanced use of Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel, for cost analysis and reporting.Ability to accurately interpret and analyze electrical drawings, blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation.Strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills with a focus on accuracy and detail.Excellent communication and negotiation skills for dealing effectively with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and work efficiently under tight deadlines.Relevant trade qualifications, electrical engineering background, or equivalent experience in the electrical sector.Core responsibilities:Review electrical drawings, tender specifications, and project documents to develop accurate and competitive cost estimates.Perform detailed quantity take-offs for electrical systems, including materials, labor, and equipment requirements.Source, negotiate, and liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to secure the best pricing and availability.Prepare, format, and submit comprehensive quotations, bids, and tender proposals in line with client deadlines.Analyze project risks, identify potential cost-saving opportunities, and recommend value-engineering alternatives.Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to clarify project scope, technical details, and design requirements.Maintain and update estimation databases, cost records, and supplier pricing information for future projects.Ensure all estimates comply with company policies, client requirements, safety regulations, and relevant industry standards.Benefits: Competitive salary Opportunity to shape the HR function of a rapidly growing BPO.
