Electrical Foreman

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Electrical Foreman to join our team in KSA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising and coordinating electrical site activities, ensuring that all works are executed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project specifications and standards.Key Responsibilities:Supervise electrical installation works at site, ensuring compliance with drawings, standards, and safety procedures.Coordinate with site engineers and subcontractors to ensure proper execution and timely completion of works.Inspect and test electrical systems and equipment to identify issues and ensure quality standards are met.Manage materials, tools, and manpower on site effectively.Enforce safety regulations and promote a culture of safe working practices.Prepare daily progress reports and communicate updates to the site engineer or construction manager.Qualifications & Requirements:Diploma or Technical Certificate in Electrical Engineering or related field.Minimum 5–8 years of experience in electrical construction works, preferably on infrastructure, industrial, or building projects.Proven experience in site supervision and handling of electrical teams.Strong knowledge of electrical systems, installation standards, and safety procedures.Excellent leadership and communication skills.Previous GCC experience is a strong advantage.
