We are now looking for another team mate to join us in Amfilochia Plant as Electrical Maintenance Supervisor with expertise in Automation.Can you say ‘yes’?Do you treat your colleagues with respect?Do you always have the customer in mind?Do you act with future generations in mind?Do you like to seek out opportunities to grow and develop?Do you have a proven track record of delivering results?What You’ll Be DoingSupervise and coordinate daily maintenance activities for electrical systemsLead a team of technicians, assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and providing guidanceDiagnose and resolve breakdowns and equipment malfunctions efficientlyImplement preventive maintenance plans and ensure timely executionManage spare parts in cooperation with spare parts SupervisorCollaborate with other departments to optimize machinery performanceEnsure compliance with Health, Safety, and Quality standardsMaintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance in cooperation with maintenance plannerQualificationsDegree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.Proven experience of 3+ years in a industrial environmentGreat knowledge of the English language.Good knowledge of Industrial Automation. PLC Siemens S7 Tia Portal. Familiarized with industrial protocols such us Profinet and Ethernet/IP.Basic knowledge of AutoCAD.Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.SkillsWe are interested in you as a person: your attitude, behaviors and values.
