Job Description

You will own the Electrical Systems package from planning through handover, coordinating Sensori’s electrical team, subcontractors, suppliers, and client stakeholders. This role combines site leadership, quality assurance, and safety accountability to deliver complex, large-scale electrical installations aligned with Sensori’s standards and client expectations. Key responsibilities Package ownership — Manage all aspects of the Electrical Systems package, including scope, schedule, cost, quality, and close-out. Quality assurance — Coordinate Site QA with Sensori QA Manager; establish, manage, and close out the QA file and ensure compliance with project and regulatory requirements. Site safety leadership — Co-manage site safety with the Electrical Project Manager and Sensori Safety Advisor; set up, maintain, and close out the project safety file. Schedule management — Maintain and drive the project schedule in coordination with the Project Manager, consulting engineers, and client milestones. Site operations — Oversee day-to-day site activities, ensuring efficient resource allocation, productivity, and adherence to Sensori policies and procedures. Subcontractor management — Manage subcontractor performance, progress tracking, manpower levels, and weekly coordination meetings. Snagging and defects — Operate Sensori’s snagging system; ensure supervisors issue weekly punch lists and distribute snags to subcontractors. Time and labour reporting — Issue direct labour and subcontractor hours to the time administrator for central tracking. Reporting and meetings — Attend site meetings, internal project reviews, engineering reviews, planning and coordination sessions, and handover meetings. Project close-out — Deliver final account, O&M manuals, punch lists, safety and QA files, material and plant relocations, and project plan close-out with the project team. Logistics coordination — Schedule and track material deliveries to align with the project programme. Site records — Maintain a weekly photographic diary and ensure all project documentation is current. Other duties — Perform additional tasks required to meet project objectives and Sensori standards. Qualifications and experience Trade qualification and/or third-level degree in electrical engineering, electrical installation, or related discipline. 3+ years of experience in large electrical installation projects. Proven track record of coordinating and delivering large-scale installations on time and to budget. Experience with industrial relations and managing multi-contractor environments. Strong knowledge of Health & Safety legislation and best practice. Experience in design-and-build delivery models. Solid technical understanding of both electrical and mechanical systems. Excellent IT literacy, including project scheduling and reporting tools. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Demonstrated ability to perform under tight deadlines and drive large-scale projects to completion.
