Electrical Panels Workshop Supervisor

The Electrical Panels Workshop Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the electrical panel manufacturing workshop, ensuring efficient workflow, high-quality production, and full compliance with safety standards.Key Responsibilities:Team Management: Lead and supervise a team of technicians and electricians, ensuring smooth workflow from mechanical assembly to final testing and delivery.Technical Supervision: Review electrical drawings and schematics; oversee panel assembly, wiring, troubleshooting, and testing processes.Quality & Safety: Enforce company and industry standards; perform quality inspections and testing; ensure adherence to all safety regulations.Inventory & Coordination: Manage workshop-level inventory of parts and tools; coordinate with the Design and Procurement teams to ensure material availability and workflow continuity.Requirements:Strong technical knowledge of electrical panels, wiring, and electrical schematics.Proven leadership and team supervision experience.Strong communication, planning, and organizational skills.
