Electrical QC Inspector

A leading contracting company is seeking candidates for one of its major infrastructure projects in Jeddah for the position of Electrical QC Inspector. The Electrical QC Inspector is responsible for inspecting, monitoring, and ensuring that all electrical works—including LV, MV, and ELV systems—are executed in compliance with approved drawings, project specifications, ITPs, Method Statements, and applicable standards, while supporting the QA/QC Manager in achieving quality objectivesResponsibilitiesConduct inspections for electrical installations: conduits, cabling, grounding, panels, lighting, etc.Verify compliance of materials and equipment with approved submittals and specsPerform pre-inspections and coordinate joint inspections with Client/ConsultantReview and verify testing results (continuity, insulation resistance, HV test, functional tests)Prepare WIRs, checklists, test reports & maintain QC documentation on ACC platformReport non-conformities and support corrective actionsCoordinate with engineers & subcontractors to resolve quality issuesSupervise testing & commissioning of electrical systems (LV/MV/ELV)Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, SBC standards & RSADF/EXPRO requirementsRequirementsBachelor's degree / Diploma in Electrical Engineering or related fieldMinimum 5+ years experience in electrical QC inspection in construction projectsStrong knowledge of LV/MV/ELV systems and testing proceduresExperience with ITPs, Method Statements, and WIR processesFamiliarity with QA/QC systems and ISO 9001:2015Experience working on government/defense/infrastructure projects is a plusStrong communication & documentation skills
