We work together to shape the future of energy and we focus on developing and empowering our people, cultivating their talents that will shape our future journey towards the energy transition.Starting with the role:Currently we are searching to hire a Site Electrical Engineer based in Thessaloniki who will be responsible for the daily scheduling and implementation of PV O&M activities taking place in Central Macedonia region. Such activities include engineering, operation, maintenance and upgrade works of the company’s RES portfolio, according to technical, health and safety standards.During your day you will:Identify, organize, and keep track of maintenance & upgrade needs.Perform PV preventive and corrective maintenance tasks in your area of responsibilityMonitor RES assets operation and performance through SCADA systems and platformsHandle local spare part warehouse and logisticsKeep track of and hold responsibility for the acceptance of maintenance works, ensure that contracts are implemented as per time constraints, quality requirements and within budget ·Stay always up to date with the maintenance businessAssure QHSSE policy and standards are met in the PV portfolio, including subcontractor activities ·Liaise with respective state and other authorities / utilities / operators regarding operation procedures and other technical requests ·Report the operating status of the fleet to the PV Supervisor, accompanied by required actions and improvement recommendationsWhat you need to stand out:Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Electrical or similar field)Minimum of 3+ years of experience in maintenance (preferably) or construction of RES projectsFamiliarity with Health & Safety regulationsKnowledge of industrial applications/ (e.g. SCADA, CAD, CMMS, SAP)Knowledge of construction sectorFluency in English (verbal and written)Proficient in all MS Office software especially Word, Excel, Power PointCommunication and interpersonal skillsOur Compass is the #ACTION#A_uthenticity#C_ompassion#T_eamwork#I_ntegrity#O_wnership#N_ever giving upWhat give us energy:Friendly and fast paced environment, being always at the heart of the #actionContinuous learning to empower our teamsCareer Development opportunities across the Motor Oil GroupCompetitive compensation package
