Electrical Site Project Coordinator

We have been a pioneer and market leader of the Audio Visual and IoT industry in Indonesia with exceptional products.Responsibilities:Review all engineering documents, technical specifications, and project requirements to ensure accuracy, compliance with standards, and alignment with project goals.Coordinate with CAD drafters to prepare and review shop drawings, schematic diagrams, and as-built documentation.Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning of AV systems, ensuring all systems are fully operational and function as intended.Act as the main point of contact for clients, maintaining clear and professional communication to address project updates, requirements, and issue resolution.Ensure K3 procedures area carried out in the operational work of team membersPrepare and submit comprehensive weekly progress reports for both internal management and clients, highlighting achievements, challenges, and next steps. Compulsory Qualification:Able to communicate and write in English (oral & written).Minimum 2-5 years of hands-on field experience in project management, preferably in AV systems, MEP, or related engineering fields.Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fieldProficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and project reporting tools.Living near Jakarta area.Own personal vehicle for mobility.Benefit:Workdays: Monday – FridayAllowanceCommissionReligious Holiday Allowance (THR)BPJS Kesehatan & KetenagakerjaanPPh 21 income tax covered by companyContract completion bonus (with penalty for non-completion) (5 years contract)
