THE OPPORTUNITY We are seeking experienced Electrical Supervisors to join the team. In this role, you will be working on a 2 and 1 FIFO roster at an underground mine site. Flights, accommodation and meal allowances will be provided.In This Role, You WillUndertake project-specific tasks as appropriate and directed to you by the Superintendent.Leading a Team of Leading Hands and ElectriciansLead by example for all Safety on siteReport task status, including forecast outcomes with relation to time, cost, scope and quality, when requiredMaintain records of work-in-progress and communications in line with the project management methodologyParticipate in and inform project planning and auditing activitiesAbout YouHave a great attitudeEnjoy problem solvingExcellent Leadership in SafetyMinimum 3 years experience in a Supervisory rolePrevious underground mining experienceMining Supervisor (G1,G8,G9) desirable and not essentialMicrosoft Office 365 applications including Teams, ExcelExperience in the use and interpretation of Project Scheduling software (MS Project or Primavera)Quality Management experienceBudget management experienceThe Successful Candidate Will HaveTrade Certification / AQF Cert Level 3 Electro TechNT Electrical LicenseHigh-risk work License (with WP class) desirable, but not essentialWorking at Heights (Completed in the last 16 months) desirable, but not essentialCurrent CPR/LVR (within the last 9 months)Current Unrestricted C Class Driver’s LicenseWhite / Blue Construction CardAbout Phe Group & Phe MiningPHE Group is an electrical and instrumentation contractor with five specialist divisions and more than 50 years’ experience.
