Electrical Supervisor, Data Center Project, Kouvola, Finland

We deliver cutting-edge, mission-critical facilities for global clients - faster, better and cheaper.We are now looking for an experienced and hands-on Electrical Supervisor to join our team in Kouvola, Finland.Your RoleAs an Electrical Supervisor, you will play a key part in ensuring the successful delivery of our electrical works on-site. You'll oversee daily electrical installations, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure that safety, quality, and schedule targets are consistently met.Your Responsibilities IncludeOversee day-to-day electrical installation activities and ensure compliance with design, safety, and quality standards.Manage and direct electrical subcontractors, ensuring proper work sequencing, material availability, and access to work areas.Monitor daily progress, report updates to the Electrical Project manager, and identify potential risks or delays.Review installation quality, identify defects early, and coordinate with QA/QC teams for timely resolution.Collaborate with MEP, CSA, and commissioning teams to ensure structured handovers and system completion.Enforce electrical safety procedures, approve daily work permits and toolbox talks, and ensure compliance with HSE standards.What We're Looking ForDegree in Electrical Engineering, Building Services, or a related field5+ years of electrical supervision experience in large-scale construction projectsProven background with high- and low-voltage systems, switchgear, cable installation, containment, and terminationsPrior experience in data center, industrial, or critical infrastructure projects is strongly preferredDeep understanding of electrical systems, cable routing, grounding, and interface coordinationWorking knowledge of Finnish electrical standards and safety codes (SFS) is an advantageValid Finnish electrical qualifications is a plusProficiency in MS Office and familiarity with digital field toolsFluency in English (spoken and written); Finnish language skills are an assetWhat We OfferThe opportunity to work on high-tech, mission-critical projects shaping the digital infrastructure of tomorrowA dynamic and collaborate team culture focused on quality, safety, and innovationCompetitive salary and benefitsOpportunities for career growth in a rapidly expanding global organizationIf you're a proactive and safety-minded professional with a passion for excellence in electrical construction, apply today!
