Presents a professional, positive and helpful attitude always when interacting with customers and co-workers.PRIMARY FUNCTIONS AND ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:Performs Electrical system inspections and manufacturer recommended preventative maintenanceInstalls repairs and replaces electrical equipment such as motors, lighting fixtures, switchgear, circuit breakers and transformersLays out, assembles installs and tests new services to include panels, breakers, conduit and wiring installationsTrouble shoots and repairs electrical control circuits on HVAC, fire alarm, UPS, BMS systems etcPerforms miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.EDUCATION / CERTIFICATION / KNOWLEDGE:Diploma or Vocational training in Electrical Maintenance EngineeringAbility to read, understand and follow written instructions in the English languageAbility to use hand, test equipment and power tools applicable to the electrical trade.EXPERIENCE: Minimum 3 years’ experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specifiedSKILLS/ABILITIES:Demonstrated skills in diagnosis, analysis and problem solvingAbility to work under pressure, adaptableAbility to work in a team environmentAbility to diagnose root cause of equipment failures.
