Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mažeikiai for an Electrical Works Supervisor. The chosen candidate will oversee electrical installations and maintenance tasks, manage the work of team members, and ensure compliance with safety and operational standards. Responsibilities also include monitoring progress, ensuring quality control, and coordinating with other teams and departments to meet project deadlines and organizational goals. Qualifications Proficient in Electrical Maintenance and managing Electrical EquipmentStrong foundation in Electrical Engineering and Electricity principlesDemonstrated Supervisory Skills with the ability to lead and coordinate teams effectivelyExcellent problem-solving capabilities and attention to detailKnowledge of industry safety standards and regulationsPrevious experience in an electrical or industrial setting is a plusBachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Electrical Engineering or a related field
