Four Seasons Astir Palace Hotel Athens opened in March 2019 and provides a preferred address for both business and leisure travelers, and the highly personalized, anticipatory service that Four Seasons guests expect and value around the world. The Arion Hotel was built in 1967 and has 106 keys and 61 Bungalows, and the Nafsika opened in 1980 and has 136 keys. Under the same ownership is a large private beach club and marina. Nafsika is open through the year, while Arion and the bungalows operate eight months of the year. Adding to the complement of on-site F&B operations (8 Restaurants and Bars), there are also two third party restaurants on site.About The RoleAt Four Seasons, we believe that our people are the heart of everything we do. We are currently looking for an Electrician to join our Engineering team at the iconic Four Seasons Astir Palace Hotel Athens.As an Electrician, you will play a key role in ensuring the safety, reliability, and efficiency of all electrical systems and equipment throughout the hotel. This role requires hands-on technical skills, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to service excellence. By maintaining our electrical infrastructure, you will directly contribute to the comfort of our guests and the smooth operation of the property.What You Will DoPerform electrical maintenance, repairs, and installations across guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house facilities.Replace and repair electrical fixtures, switches, receptacles, lamps, sockets, ballasts, motors, and associated equipment.Conduct preventive maintenance and support major shutdowns or repairs as directed by the Assistant Engineering Manager.Respond promptly and professionally to guest and employee maintenance requests, ensuring timely solutions and follow-up.Maintain accurate logs, records, and reports of electrical activities, materials used, and work performed.Assist in setting up and maintaining electrical systems for events, exhibits, and conventions.Ensure compliance with all hotel policies, health and safety standards, and fire regulations.Support departmental organization by keeping all engineering stations clean, safe, and well maintained.Actively participate in training sessions, departmental meetings, and hotel-wide activities.Carry out additional duties as assigned by the Assistant Engineering Manager or Engineering Director.What You BringProven experience as an electrician or in a similar technical role.Solid knowledge of electrical systems, equipment, and safety procedures.Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.Professional communication and guest-service skills.Flexibility to adapt to operational needs and handle emergency situations.Willingness to participate in continuous learning and professional development.What We OfferEmployee Meals and Uniform & Laundry provided.Ticket Restaurant Monthly Amount of €100.Bus Transportation to/from Elliniko.Employee Recognition Program with monthly awards.Opportunities for Global Travel through Task Forces and Transfers.Employee Travel Program (after 6 months of service, enjoy complimentary nights in Four Seasons properties worldwide).At Four Seasons Astir Palace Athens, we foster a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
