The role holder is also responsible to ensure the integrity of all electrical equipment and provide effective first line and corrective electrical maintenance services.ResponsibilitiesInstalls, services and repairs lighting fixtures, electrical panels, outlets, wiring, etc., for the assigned property in a timely and efficient mannerTroubleshoots day-to-day issues and resolves problems and networks for the assigned property, to ensure efficient turnaround and smooth operationsImplements corrective action to address any identified electrical failures or system faults in a timely mannerResponds to emergency calls for repairs and services, and conducts other ad-hoc work incidental to electrical work, whenever requiredEnsures all electrical equipment and accessories in the property are properly used, maintained and inspected as per requirementMaintains appropriate service and repair records and costs incurred for future referenceEnsures all electrical safety protection are in safe working conditionsCommunicates and updates day-to-day activities regularly, and highlights any difficulties that may arise while performing the assignmentComplies consistently with the quality, health, safety and environment related requirements as applicable to performing the roleFunctional/Technical Competencies:Wiring and Conduit InstallationTesting and Measurement ToolsElectrical Equipment InstallationExperience:A minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experienceJob DetailsRole Level: Mid-Level Work Type: Full-Time Country: United Arab Emirates City: Dubai Company Website: www.gmg.com Job Function: Management Company Industry/Sector: RetailWhat We OfferAbout The CompanySearching, interviewing and hiring are all part of the professional life.
