⚙️ Hiring: Electro-Mechanical Manager – PV & BESS (Utility-Scale Renewable Project)📍 Samarkand Region, UzbekistanJoin a global renewable energy leader driving the development of Uzbekistan’s large-scale solar and battery storage infrastructure. As Electro-Mechanical Manager, you’ll lead the engineering and construction of electrical and mechanical systems — ensuring timely, safe, and high-quality delivery of a world-class PV and BESS facility.What you’ll do:Lead all electro-mechanical construction activities, overseeing installation, testing, and commissioning of PV and BESS systems.Coordinate between EPC contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure compliance with project scope, technical standards, and timelines.Supervise installation of electrical and mechanical components including transformers, switchgear, inverters, LV/MV/HV cabling, tracker systems, and SCADA controls.Manage interface between electrical, mechanical, and civil disciplines to ensure design alignment and smooth execution.Oversee readiness of installed systems for commissioning and energization.Enforce QA/QC, HSSE, and compliance requirements across all electro-mechanical works.Review engineering designs, method statements, and risk assessments for constructability and safety.Conduct inspections, monitor progress, and prepare reports, NCRs, and as-built documentation for project handover.What we’re looking for:Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering; PMP or Construction Management certification a plus.10+ years’ experience in electro-mechanical construction and engineering, including at least 3–5 years in management or coordination roles.Proven background in utility-scale renewable projects (PV, BESS, Wind, or CCGT).Strong understanding of international standards (IEC, ASME, IEEE) and local regulatory requirements.Skilled in cross-discipline coordination, problem-solving, and stakeholder management.Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project tracking tools (Primavera, MS Project).Excellent communication and leadership skills; fluent in English, with Uzbek or Russian an advantage.Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel between project sites.📩 Apply now and take the lead in delivering safe, efficient, and high-quality electro-mechanical works on one of Uzbekistan’s most advanced renewable energy projects.
