Electro Mechanical Technician

Job responsibilities:Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical and mechanical equipment and appliancesTroubleshoot and diagnose issues with electromechanical systems, and implement appropriate solutionsConduct regular inspections and testing to identify potential problems before they ariseMaintain detailed records of all maintenance activities and repairsCollaborate with other technical teams to ensure the overall efficiency and reliabilityDrive the Service Vehicle (4-wheel) in Makati and Taguig area.Job qualifications:Diploma or certificate in Electromechanical Technology or a related fieldMinimum of 2 years of experience as an Electromechanical Technician, preferably in the property management or building maintenance industryStrong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systemsMust have a valid Driver's license, capable of driving a 4-wheel manual vehicleExcellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamCommitment to safety and attention to detail
