In Norway, we consist of a team of 19 employees who work to offer professional solutions within laundry and Food equipment. Electrolux Professional Norway has its headquarters in central location at Vækerø Næringspark in Oslo. Now we are facing an exciting opportunity as our District Manager, Business Area Laundry. As District Manager, BA Laundry, you will play a central role in Agder, Vestfold and Telemark region. We are looking for someone who is proactive, independent, and at the same time values collaboration with others to achieve results. You enjoy setting high standards for yourself and others.
You have the ability to build strong and long-lasting customer relationships and create trust and credibility. At the same time, it is important to have a structured approach to achieve both short-term and long-term goals. This position is ideal for those who want to take an active role in influencing and leading both small and large projects sales. It is an advantage to be resident within the assigned district, with the possibility of a home office as the main base.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOINGYou will be responsible for direct and indirect sales in your district and will be part of the Business Area Laundry team in Norway. Build and maintain strong relationships with key individuals, including existing customers and partners, as well as establish new customers. Develop and support our authorised partners in the assigned district. Provide necessary training, programming, and commissioning to our end customers.
Consulting, planning and preparation of new laundries or rehabilitation of existing laundries. Coordinate installations so that small and large projects are completed from start to finish. Contribute to the development of sales strategies in the short and long term, as well as set goals and have clear ambitions to ensure sustainable growth. Collaboration with others in the sales team, as well as across functional departments such as Customer Care, Sales Support and Marketing Department is essential. Effective use of Salesforce for accurate reporting and analysis. Good skills in Norwegian and English, both verbally and in writing, are required.
Travelling and overnight stays should be expected. You will have your own budget and defined KPIs for the position. The position reports to the Country Manager, Business Area Laundry with monthly sales activities, goal achievement, and progress toward budget to be identified and presented. WE THINK YOU’LL THRIVE IF YOUThe position requires necessary experience (minimum 5 years or more) in sales or other relevant experience. Industry experience within SMB, B2B, and retail is an advantage. Good communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and in a team, with a strong focus on the customer.
