ResponsibilitiesABOUT YOUR TASKSExecute daily foreign trade operations in close collaboration with forwarders, customs brokers, warehouses, and financeManage documentation including invoices, pack lists, customs declarations and bill of lading ordersTrack, order, and report supplier and tax paymentsNegotiate agreements with forwarders, bonded and free warehouses, and customs brokersManage TAREKS/TSE processes, including control of CE declarationsReport daily on shipment and foreign trade status, weekly on stocks and orders, monthly on financial needsBook inbound and outbound shipments, while ensuring accurate delivery reportingManage returns to the country of origin and returns from customersFollow-up transport damages with the service team, forwarders, and insurance companiesManage international purchasing operations and create purchase ordersConfirm delivery dates and address any order status changes proactivelyProcess supplier invoices for timely accounting handover and update price lists for the sales teamStrengthen our team with humour and heartQualificationsABOUT YOUB.
Sc. degree in Business, Logistics, Engineering or equivalentMinimum of 3 years of experience in foreign trade, and purchasing, preferably in a multinational environment within the sectorExperience in adjacent disciplines is a plusFluent in Turkish and English, both written and verbalHighly analytical and have a strong level of attention to detail A strong team player with a commitment to delivering of internal customer service and comfortable interacting at all levels within the organisation/functions.
