Electronic Technician Intern

What We Are Looking ForKEY PERFORMANCE AREASProvide assistance in Circuit fabrication (soldering, kitting, component verification, etc.)Support engineers and technicians in electronic hardware fabrication and assembly.Support data collection and analysis for system improvements, and reporting.Provide assistance in component procurement.Support Test and Evaluation Activities.Assist with the Manufacture of tooling and test items.Setup, operation and maintenance of test equipment.Adhere to all applicable legislation within RDM.Adheres and implements Rheinmetall Denel Munitions Policies and Procedures and ensures compliance to ISO Standards with respect to SHE /Quality /Environmental/Energy.What Qualifications You Should HavePOST REQUIREMENTS:Minimum Qualification: Diploma in Electronic/Mechatronic Engineering or equivalent.Experience in prototyping & design of electronic hardware will be advantageous.Experience in 3D printing, CNC routing, and other CNC applications advantageous.High degree of responsibility and discipline.Good Planning and organizational abilities.Clear security screening.Basic knowledge of Safety, Health, Environment and Quality (SHEQ) in the workplace.Computer literacy, specifically MS Excel and MS Word.Code B Driver’s License advantageous.
