Electronics Practical Engineer (R&D)

Working at TDK-Lambda allows you to be part of a leading international organization, always looking ahead and thinking forward.Position OverviewThis role involves supporting and sustaining existing products within the Sustain Engineering domain.ResponsibilitiesHandle recurring issues from production and the field, identify root causes, and implement engineering solutions to ensure product quality and reliability throughout the lifecycle.Perform advanced laboratory testing and hands-on work with electronic components.Conduct fine soldering and component-level rework.Prepare detailed test reports and perform technical failure analysis.Support and implement engineering changes (ECO, DCO) as part of continuous improvement processes.Collaborate closely with R&D, QA, Production, and Procurement teams to resolve issues and maintain product quality.Work within a professional team in a well-equipped laboratory environment with dedicated electronic equipment for power systems.RequirementsElectronics Practical Engineer with at least 3 years of practical experience.Experience with analog circuits and power circuits/power supplies.Proven ability in electronic board-level debug and repair.Knowledge and hands-on experience with measurement equipment (oscilloscopes, power supplies, data loggers).Experience with EMC equipment - an advantage.Hands-on soldering and rework skills.Ability to read, interpret, and analyze electrical schematics and engineering drawings - advantage.Proficiency in MS Office and strong ability to prepare technical reports in Hebrew and English.Good English skills - technical reading and writing.Advantage: experience with configuration management systems (PLM).Ability to work independently as well as in a team, with strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.High level of accuracy, organizational skills, documentation ability, and professional responsibility.Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and strong motivation to support R&D, Production, and QA teams.Additional InformationThis position is open to both women and men.
