If so, we’d love to hear from you!About The RoleAs Electronics & Systems Manager, you’ll lead the development, integration, and verification of electronic systems and control functions for automotive applications. Your mission is to deliver smart, safe, and sustainable solutions that meet industry standards and exceed expectations.What You’ll DoDesign and develop electronic system architectures using market-leading components.Define hardware, software, and interface requirements in collaboration with cross-functional teams.Perform simulations, testing, and validation in line with automotive standards.Work with embedded systems, sensors, ECUs, and lighting applications.Lead concept studies and risk assessments to ensure robust design.Collaborate with suppliers, customers, and internal stakeholders to ensure technical feasibility.Act as a technical ambassador and contribute to innovation both internally and externally.Prepare decision-making material for management and support technical sales efforts.What We’re Looking ForMaster’s or PhD in Electronics, Mechatronics, Computer Engineering, or similar.Proven experience in developing electronic systems for the automotive industry.Strong knowledge of embedded systems, control systems, signal processing, and communication protocols.Familiarity with automotive standards and electromagnetic compatibility (EMC).Your Skills & MindsetAnalytical, curious, and solution-oriented.Strong leadership and influencing skills.Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.High integrity and commitment to delivering results.Passionate about continuous learning and future technologies.
