Finance Officer (Maternity Leave Cover)

Job descriptionWe are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Finance Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing accounting operations, ensuring accuracy, and maintaining compliance with financial regulations. This role requires strong analytical skills and proficiency with accounting systems. Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee daily accounting operations including invoicing, fiscalization, and transaction recordingRegister and reconcile financial data accurately within the accounting systemMonitor and verify periodic service invoices, import fees, and other financial charges to ensure correct tax treatmentCoordinate account reconciliations with suppliers and clients to resolve discrepanciesPrepare and submit monthly and quarterly financial reports for internal reviewTrack and manage company expenses and revenue, analyzing key financial performance indicatorsSupport the preparation of documents and reports required by tax authoritiesEnsure accuracy in bank transaction recordings and perform regular balance reconciliationsAssist in monitoring Profit & Loss accounts and Balance Sheet items on an ongoing basisQualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plusMinimum of 3 years’ experience in a finance or accounting role, preferably within a corporate environmentStrong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and tax lawsProficiency in accounting software (experience with NAV is a plus) and advanced skills in ExcelExcellent attention to detail and analytical skills to identify and resolve discrepanciesAbility to manage multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlinesEffective communication skills in English (both written and spoken)Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team📨 Apply now by sending your CV to hr@elektroservis.
