Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in San Pedro Sula, Honduras, for an Elementary Principal. The Elementary Principal will oversee daily operations of the elementary school, including academic programs, curriculum development, and staff supervision. Responsibilities include implementing school policies, leading professional development initiatives, and fostering a positive learning environment. The role requires collaboration with educators, students, parents, and the school community to achieve educational excellence. Qualifications Proficiency in Educational Administration and Educational LeadershipExperience in Curriculum Development and managementStrong foundation in Education and knowledge of best practices in teaching strategiesExpertise in Staff Development and fostering teacher growthExceptional interpersonal, communication, and organizational skillsCommitment to fostering a supportive learning environmentMaster’s degree or higher in Education or related field preferredPrior experience in a leadership role within an educational institution is highly valuedFluency in both English and Spanish is an asset
