The Elementary School Secretary will provide essential support to the school, students and parents, ensuring that integrity of information is maintained and the office operates efficiently.Education/Experience Post-secondary diploma in Office Administration or a related field Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Experience with board-specific software (e.g. Aspen, SparkRock) is considered an asset.Skill And Ability Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage workload efficiently and effectively. Excellent written, verbal communication, and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Demonstrated organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities, with excellent attention to detail and proficient keyboarding skills. Committed to maintaining confidentiality at all levels within the school/Board.
