Job responsibilitiesTeach the subject of Art to primary school students utilizing the IB framework and ensuring an engaging and enriching learning experiencePreparing lessons and lectures, tutoring techniques, designing and correcting assessments, and writing report commentsCollaboratively teach alongside fellow educators, actively contributing to the development and enhancement of the school's curriculumAssess and monitor students' progress and provide targets so that all learners can succeed and improveProvide clear and constructive feedback to students and their parents and caregiversDevelop supportive and safe learning environmentsRequirementsBachelor degree or above in the related subjectTeaching certificateTwo or more years teaching experience in the subject in higher educationExcellent communications skillsGood understanding of teaching in IB contextBenefitsSalary and benefitsMonthly salary is range of 23,000 to 27,000 RMB commensurate with experience and qualificationsMonthly housing allowance is 1,500 RMBFully paid summer and winter holidayPublic holidayFlight allowance is up to 10,000Contract completion bonusFree tuition for one child
