We are looking for an Early Years Teacher for a Family center based in Shanghai's Qingpu district. This is a full-time position starting ASAP. Job responsibilitiesTogether with teaching assistant, support the children in their learning‐journey from Tuesday to Saturday During this time, you will:
Teach daily class activities to students aged 0-3 as assigned by the center, creating an English learning environmentProvide emotional/therapeutic support to address behavioral challengesLead parent workshops and collaborate with families to strengthen home learning environmentsAdvocate for families' access to resourcesOrganize events, track student progress, and maintain program recordsPartner with social workers, counselors, and community organizations for holistic supportRequirementsBachelor's degree or above in early childhood education or related field of studyAt least 2 years' related teaching experienceExperience in art teaching is preferredExcellent English communicative skillsBenefitsSalary and benefitsMonthly salary of 28,000 to 32,000 RMB commensurate with experience and qualificationsAir-ticket allowance of 6,000 RMB12 days paid leaveChristmas holiday and Easter holidayResidence and work permit sponsored
