Job Description

Due to client requirement, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. Pay Rate: $35 - $39/hr on W2Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be taken into account when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting is a reflection of a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided pay range.

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Risk Analyst to join our Information Security Division. This role is pivotal in supporting initiatives that identify, manage, and reduce cyber risks to the bank.

As a key leader in regulatory and risk management engagements, you will act as a strategic risk advisor to Cybersecurity Program leads and key leadership within the Information Security Division (ISD). Key Responsibilities: Support initiatives aimed at identifying, managing, and reducing cyber risks within the bank. Serve as a strategic risk advisor to the Cybersecurity Program leads on regulatory engagements and collaborate with key leadership within ISD. Manage key regulatory and risk management engagements, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices.

Utilize a sound understanding of frameworks and standards such as NIST Cybersecurity Framework, ISO 27001, MITRE ATT&CK, SOX, PCI, and other financial industry-specific standards to guide risk management strategies. Analyze and report on business intelligence data using platforms such as SQL, DB2, Power BI, Business Objects, Qlik, Tableau, and Excel/PowerPoint. Design logical and physical databases to support risk management initiatives. Drive continuous improvement in cyber hygiene, control completeness, and effectiveness. Collate and analyze automated and self-identified risk findings to inform decision making. Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience required; advanced degree preferred. Proven experience in Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) with a focus on information security or related technology experience; experience in the securities or financial services industry is a plus. Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to think independently and make informed decisions. Self-motivated and a team player, with excellent time management skills. Knowledge and conceptual understanding of a System Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Clear, concise, and effective written and verbal communication skills. Preferred Skills:

Experience with business intelligence data analysis and reporting platforms. Logical and physical database design skills.
