You’ll lead our social media strategy and execution across Consumer and Corporate Marketing, as well as across our HR, Communications, and Sustainability functions.
In this role, you’ll shape how Elisa shows up on social media — from developing resonant, on-brand content to managing influencers and guiding a high-performing team. Your Main Responsibilities IncludeStrategy & LeadershipDevelop and implement a strategic social media plan aligned with brand and business goals. Lead, mentor and develop a skilled, ambitious social media team. Performance & GrowthManage and grow our presence across key channels. Manage paid media budgets and allocations to boost content performance and conversions. Track key performance indicators (KPIs), report regularly, and optimize based on data.
Monitor trends and stay ahead of platform updates, leveraging opportunities to grow reach and relevance. Campaigns & ContentLead the planning, execution, and measurement of both organic and paid social campaigns. Create and coordinate the creation of engaging, on-brand content — from posts and stories to short-form video. Collaboration & PartnershipsCollaborate across departments — from marketing and communications to HR and customer service — to amplify messaging and impact. Manage and develop influencer partnerships. Manage relationships with partner agencies. What do we expect from you?Over 7 years of experience of managing and executing social media for a brand or agency.
Strong experience in team leadership and coaching. Proven track record leading social media initiatives that deliver business and brand results. Solid understanding of social media analytics, scheduling tools and paid media management. Experience with influencer marketing and community building. Strong conceptual and creative thinking skills. A proactive, creative mindset and great attention to detail. A bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field. Fluent communication skills in Finnish and English. You’ll succeed in this role if you’re a visionary leader who confidently transforms complex organizational needs into clear, strategic actions.
