With advanced technology, strategic partnerships, and a customer-centric approach, we continue to redefine modern travel solutions that combine efficiency, value, and satisfaction.About the RoleWe are looking for Elite Executives / Coordinators to join our high-performing Guest Relations & Lifestyle Management team.This is not a typical customer service role — we’re looking for individuals with a refined sense of service excellence who can manage elite and VIP clientele with discretion, sophistication, and genuine care.You will be responsible for curating and managing premium lifestyle and travel experiences for a small portfolio of ultra-high-value clients.t.Key Responsibilities1- Travel & Logistics MasteryEnd-to-End Travel Curation: Plan and execute intricate, multi-city travel itineraries including flights, private jets, cruises, and premium transfers.Luxury Accommodation & Access: Arrange exclusive stays in premium hotels, villas, or private properties, securing priority treatment and amenities.Complex Logistics: Manage special requests such as fine art transport, high-value items, and tailored ground logistics.Visa & Documentation Management: Oversee visa processes and documentation with full discretion and precision.2- Lifestyle & Experience CurationAnticipatory Service: Understand client preferences — from cultural nuances to personal routines — and anticipate needs before they are expressed.Exclusive Access: Arrange invitations and VIP entry to global events, private gatherings, and unique experiences.Network Excellence: Build relationships with premium service providers, event organizers, and travel partners to ensure priority access.3- Relationship & Communication ManagementTrusted Advisor: Serve as the 24/7 primary contact for clients, maintaining full confidentiality and professionalism.Proactive Communication: Provide timely updates and ensure flawless coordination with no follow-ups required from clients.Crisis Management: Handle disruptions gracefully and discreetly, ensuring clients experience minimal inconvenience.4- Administrative PrecisionItinerary & Documentation Management: Create and maintain detailed, accurate itineraries and records.Financial Accountability: Manage payments, reconciliations, and reporting with accuracy and transparency.Job RequirementsBachelor’s degree in hospitality, Business, or Tourism (or equivalent experience).3+ years in luxury hospitality, lifestyle management, executive concierge, or VIP relations.Proven track record in managing high-profile or VIP clients with discretion and professionalism.Strong communication skills in English and Arabic; an additional language is a plus.Solid understanding of CRM platforms.Exceptional interpersonal and problem-solving skills with a client-first mindset.Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Professional appearance, cultural awareness, and emotional intelligence are essential.
