Company Overview:Yalla Edara is hiring for a client — a leading online travel platform in the Middle East that offers a full range of travel solutions, including flight bookings, hotel reservations, holiday packages, visa services, and more. The company is dedicated to innovation, customer satisfaction, and delivering seamless digital travel experiences. Position Summary: We are not seeking customer service agents; we are seeking Professional Concierges and Lifestyle Managers. This role is the point of contact and trusted advisor for our most valued VIP clients. They are responsible for the seamless orchestration of their complex life and travel requirements, anticipating needs and delivering flawless, personalized service that exceeds expectations at every touchpoint. The individual will manage a dedicated portfolio of no more than 15 elite clients. Core Responsibilities & Duties: Strategic & Operational Excellence 1. Masterful Travel & Logistics Orchestration: • End-to-End Travel Curation: Design, propose, and execute intricate, multi-city, and multimodal travel itineraries (flights, private jets, cruises, yachts, ground transfers). • Premium Accommodation & Access: Secure and confirm exclusive hotel suites, private villas, and members-only clubs. Negotiate premium amenities, upgrades, and VIP treatment. • Complex Logistics Management: Coordinate seamless logistics for cargo, special luggage (fine art, sports equipment), and high-value item transport. • Visa & Documentation Sovereignty: Manage the entire visa process, from appointment to documentation, ensuring a hassle-free and discreet experience. Stay abreast of changing international regulations. 2. Proactive Lifestyle & Experience Curation: • Anticipatory Service: Leverage deep knowledge of each client's preferences (dietary, cultural, business, family) to anticipate needs before they are articulated. • Exclusive Access & Bespoke Experiences: Procure tickets and backstage access to sold-out events (sporting, cultural, private galas). Arrange unique, off-menu sightseeing, activities, and events tailored to the client's interests. • Strategic Partnership Development: Cultivate and maintain a robust network of high-end service providers (hotel GMs, private charter services, event planners) to guarantee priority service for your clients. 3. Elite Relationship & Communication Management: • Designated Trusted Advisor: Serve as the primary, 24/7 point of contact for all client needs, operating with absolute discretion and confidentiality. • Proactive Communication Protocol: Provide timely, elegant, and concise updates. Never let a client follow up on a pending request. • Crisis Management & Resolution: Act as the calm and effective command center during any travel or service disruption, executing pre-prepared contingency plans to resolve issues invisibly. 4. Administrative Precision & Discretion: • Meticulous Itinerary Management: Develop and maintain flawless, minute-by-minute itineraries that are shared with all relevant parties. • Financial Prudence: Manage client budgets, process payments, and reconcile expenses with a high degree of accuracy and transparency. Required Qualifications & Personal Attributes • Advanced level (Saber, Amadus, LCC, Hotel supplier's platform, package creator, cruise booking, Visa Process). • Experience: 5+ years in ultra-luxury hospitality, Hotelier, Executive Concierge services, or as a Lifestyle Manager for UHNWI. • Languages: Bilingual Arabic and Fluent English are non-negotiable. A third language is a significant advantage. • Technical Proficiency: Expert in MS Office, G Suite, and CRM systems. Ability to quickly learn new travel and booking platforms.
