This is a great opportunity to jump into a fast-paced, creative environment where no two days are the same. What You’ll Do: Manage heavy scheduling and coordinate meetings for casting sessionsLiaise with agents, talent reps, and production teamsCoordinate travel arrangements and prepare itineraries. Maintain organized files, headshots, and submissionsAssist with call sheets, talent correspondence, and session prepProvide general administrative support (phones, emails, etc. )What We’re Looking For:
Prior experience in a casting or production office is requiredTop-notch organizational and communication skillsAbility to juggle multiple priorities with grace and humorA calm, composed presence—even when the inbox says otherwiseStrong technical skills with Microsoft Office Google Workplace; experience with casting databases is a plusThis position is 100% in the office where there is daily (paid) overtime hoursWe will consider for employment, qualified applicants with criminal histories in a manner consistent with the requirements of the State of California
