ResponsibilitiesThis call is for inclusion on our consultant roster across several business and venture-building roles.
Depending on your profile and interests, you may be engaged in one of the following capacities: Platform & Venture Associate (Consultant): Support venture design, business modeling, MVP scoping, and documentation. Business Development & Sales Associate (Consultant): Identify clients, prepare proposals, and drive early consulting revenue. Finance & Operations Associate (Consultant): Manage bookkeeping, financial tracking, donor compliance, and operational processes. Client Success / Partnerships Support (Consultant): Onboard and support clients, nurture partnerships, and ensure delivery satisfaction. Each role is consultancy-based and project-dependent, with responsibilities tailored to specific assignments. QualificationsWe are seeking candidates who demonstrate: Experience in business development, finance, venture design, or consulting.
Strong documentation, analytical, and communication skills. Entrepreneurial mindset with adaptability and problem-solving capacity. Alignment with Eliyana’s purpose-driven values and mission. Comfort with contract-based, part-time, or project-based work in a lean startup environment. Work ArrangementType: Contract-based consulting; project-dependent.
