Reporting to the Senior Coordinator, Health and Safety, the Administrative Assistant, Health and Safety provides key administrative support to the Line Creek Health and Safety department, including responsibilities related to access control. To be successful, you must be a confident and adaptable administrative professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You are highly organized, able to manage multiple priorities while effectively handling stress and resolving conflicts. As a self-starter with strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and commitment to continuous improvement, you also demonstrate integrity and excellent communication skills tailored to different audiences.

Participate in and adhere to health and safety programs and policies Manage access control for all personnel entering and exiting the site to ensure security and regulatory complianceAssist in the preparation and submission of various safety reports, including Streamline and Siteline data, injury and incident statistics, Controller’s Reports, First Aid Reports, and Flash ReportsProvide administrative support for Health and Safety programs, including the coordination and distribution of specialized personal protective equipment (PPE)Requirements:

High School Diploma or equivalent Previous administrative experience in an industrial environment Proficiency in advanced Excel functions and Power BI, along with a solid understanding of Microsoft Office Suite® (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Experience with writing reports and data entry is considered an assetValid Class 5 Driver’s License or equivalentThe actual base salary offered is determined based on the successful candidate’s relevant experience, skills, and competencies and considers internal equity.
