Junior Designer - Branding & Packaging

As we expand our creative team, we are seeking an experienced and dynamic Midweight Designer to join our team. Who are we looking for: We are looking for a Junior Designer who is enthusiastic, curious, and eager to grow.

You'll work under the guidance of Midweight and Senior Designers, contributing to creative delivery while developing your skills across branding, packaging, and digital design. This role is ideal for recent graduates or those with up to two years' design experience looking to build a strong creative foundation. What you will do:

Assist in developing design concepts under the guidance of Midweight and Senior DesignersSupport project teams by preparing mock-ups, artwork files, and presentation materials for internal and client reviewsConduct image research, create mood boards, and help source visual assets for projectsLearn and apply brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all outputsSupport the preparation of design files for production, ensuring accuracy and qualityContribute fresh ideas in brainstorming sessions and team discussionsStay curious about industry trends, tools, and techniques, bringing new inspiration to your workManage your time effectively to complete assigned tasks on scheduleRequirementsWhat you have done:

1-2 years of design experience or a recent graduate in Graphic Design or related fieldStrong portfolio demonstrating creativity, craft, and potential for growthProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign); familiarity with motion or 3D tools is a plusBasic understanding of typography, layout, and colour theoryAttention to detail and willingness to take feedback and improveCollaborative mindset with a desire to learn from experienced team membersProactive attitude with enthusiasm for both digital and print design.
