ELPEDISON, with its two privately-owned power plants in Thisvi (Voiotia) and Thessaloniki, with a total installed capacity of 820 MW, uses natural gas as fuel and ensures a clean and continuous electricity flow, based on a highly environmentally-friendly power generation process. We are currently looking for a Team Leader in our Ordering team to to monitor and supervise the day-to-day operations of the Ordering section, in order to represent EL & NG meters to HEDNO, DEDA & EDA (Thess, Attikis), in accordance with guidelines provided by the Customer Care Section Manager, Company's standards, policies and procedures.
The role will also communicate clear instructions to team members, evaluate team progress and achievements, report results to the management team and highlight potential gaps and discrepancies and provide feedback to internal stakeholders. What will you do:
Oversee the day-to-day operations on Applications Processing (ordering) and management of pending applications, lead, support & evaluate team, set work priorities and monitor progress, for both internal and external Ordering team, so as to ensure proper functioning of the SectionWork closely with sales department, communicate effectively, provide feedback and come to agreement on recommendations and timelines for corrective actions, by ensuring that all new applications are handled professionally, and all goals are met within established deadlinesEffectively coordinate Ordering personnel of the Outsourcing partner and allocate capacity based on workload and monthly targets set by the Commercial Division.
Work closely with Customer Care Manager so as to prepare training content for new & existing sales agentsReview complex issues and track resolutions in cooperation with Customer Care Section ManagerReporting to Commercial Division to track team progress towards goalsConduct evaluations and counseling sessions, communicate findings, recommendations & provide guidance & constructive feedback to Ordering Team members, Sales Account Managers & to Sales Key Account ManagersRequest system changes and enhancements, so as ensure the effective accommodation of the provisions of the Supply Code of EL & NGCommunicate with Hedno & EDA's via phone or email to seek answers in unusual cases or answer to their requestsParticipate in Company projects related to the representation process of EL & NGReview and provide feedback on RAE public consolations related to the representation process of EL & NGWhat you need to be successful:
