Job Requirements: Assist in supervising day-to-day Project activities under the guidance of the Project Manager. Ensure implementation is according to drawings, specs, and safety standards. Prepare daily reports, inspection requests, and checklists. Maintain updated records of drawings, revisions, and material submissions. Assist in interpreting technical drawings and specifications. Support quantity take-offs and material requests. Follow up on subcontractors’ work progress and report any delays or issues. Participate in progress measurement and update the project team. Ensure that activity aligns with quality control procedures. Report safety concerns immediately to the HSE.
Coordinate with other departments (QA/QC, procurement, planning) to ensure smooth workflow. Attend internal and external coordination meetings as needed.
