As People Process Consultant, you will be part of an agile Analytics, Tech & AI team and will have the mission to grow the Performance and OKRs framework, through process design, building and improvement, stakeholder & user management and consultancy.
You will be the main owner responsible to enhace Company’s performance through clear and consistent objectives setting and performance management in teams. What you’ll have to do: Manage Performance Management flow in eMAG Group, with all components: OKRs, department, team & individual objectives setting, feedback, kudos, performance evaluations, calibrations, and other needed components;Constantly improve the Performance Management flow in eMAG Group:
set the strategy for the process, build new components, create links with other processes, improve existing components, manage needed system;Constantly be informed about market trends regarding company’s & employee’s Performance;Keep a strong and transparent communication with involved partners and stakeholders, regarding your area;Offer consultancy & support to internal customers & stakeholders regarding the managed areas of expertise;Deeply understand the needs of internal customers and constantly improve their experience with the process & platform managed;Maintain a good collaboration with other departments you will work with;Understand business development directions and work with your colleagues and manager in that direction;Build analyses for recurring reports & ad-hoc requested reports, regarding your area of expertise;What makes you a good fit:
