We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced Warehouse Coordinator to join a reputable partner in the energy industry. This role is critical to ensuring the safe and efficient operation of warehouse activities, with a strong emphasis on safety compliance and inventory management using SAP. Key ResponsibilitiesEnforce the use of safety equipment and proactively eliminate potential hazards in the warehouse. Oversee the inbound logistics process, including receiving, unloading, and conducting quality inspections of goods. Accurately document all incoming materials in SAP and manage order preparation and processing. Conduct regular inventory audits and resolve discrepancies within SAP.
Ensure all tools and personal protective equipment (PPE) are properly maintained, calibrated, and recertified as needed. Required QualificationsProven experience in warehouse safety management. Proficiency in SAP for inventory tracking and documentation. Strong organizational skills with a focus on inventory control and order fulfillment. Knowledge of hazardous materials handling and regulatory compliance. Experience in managing PPE and tool calibration. Preferred QualificationsFamiliarity with crane operation and rigger banksman duties. Previous involvement in emergency response teams. Participation in Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) meetings and performance reviews. Additional InformationThe role includes ongoing training and certification renewal.
