Main Responsibilities: Core duties include overseeing project plans and facilitating successful project execution. Key responsibilities include: Partner with Stream Project Managers to ensure alignment of plans into a comprehensive Programme view. Support the tracking of risks and issues, governance reporting, and coordination among streams. Provide continuity during the onboarding of a permanent corporate resource. Assist with knowledge transfer and documentation handover. Key Requirements: Extensive experience in PMO roles. Strong coaching and mentoring skills. Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deliver on time. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Experience with governance reporting and risk management. Nice to Have:
Certifications in project management methodologies (e. g. , PMP, PRINCE2). Experience in corporate resource management. Familiarity with project management software and tools. Other Details: This is a 6 month contract working under a hybrid model of 2 days a week onsite.
