We run paid acquisition, retention marketing, creative, and CRO under one roof.We’re looking for an Email Marketing Designer who lives in the inbox: designing flows and campaigns that look great and sell. You’ll be working on brands with real traffic, budgets, and performance data.What You’ll DoDesign high-converting emailsFlows, campaigns, promos, launches, and seasonal campaigns for DTC brands.Hero sections, product blocks, banners, and modular components.Layouts optimized for mobile, dark mode, and different clients.Turn research into conceptsReview brand assets, guidelines, and previous sends.Audit competitor and inspiration emails.Translate insights into moodboards and 2–3 clear visual directions.Build reusable systemsCreate and maintain email design systems and component libraries in Figma.Set up clean file structures, naming conventions, and variants.Make templates that are easy to re-use by you and the team.Ship clean, ready-to-build filesPrepare Figma files so they’re easy to implement in Klaviyo (or similar tools).Run preflight checks on spacing, hierarchy, and platform constraints.Iterate based on feedback and performance data.Collaborate with the teamWork with account managers and copywriters to align on offer and message.Suggest layout tweaks that improve clarity and click-through.Communicate clearly and on time in a remote environment.What We’re Looking For2+ years designing emails (agency or brand-side)Strong portfolio of e-commerce emails (flows + campaigns), not just brand decksComfortable in Figma with organized files and componentsUnderstand basics of email constraints (clients, images, buttons, text, dark mode)Can concept from scratch, not just re-skin existing templatesFast, reliable, and clear in async communicationBonusExperience designing for brands doing $5M+/yearFamiliarity with Klaviyo or similar ESPsBasic understanding of performance metrics (open rate, CTR, revenue per send)Motion or simple GIFs for emails and adsAbility to write or tweak simple supporting copy (headlines, CTAs)Why Designers Like Working With UsPart-time first, then scale: Start with a few projects.
