We are always in the game and always striving for victory.We have offices in Warsaw and Cyprus, while our employees also work online from anywhere in the world.Join us to grow together with industry leaders!Responsibilities:-Carrying out segmentation of the database and implementing CRM strategies;-Promo plan implementation;-Creating email campaigns that comply with the best current email practices in the industry;-Content preparation;-Preparing a technical task for designer and copywriter;-Performing A/B Testing;-Working with CRM and CMS systems-Analysis of current email marketing campaigns and making improvement recommendations;-Analysis and monitoring of the main KPIs and -CRM actions, gathering stats, reportingRequirements:-Experience with CRM and CMS systems-Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JSON;-Experience with analytical tools (PowerBI, Tableau, Looker etc)-Experience with email automation tools (Customer.io, Optimove, Xtreme push)-Analytical and strategic thinking skills;-Data-driven approach;-Knowledge of analytical tools.
