Remote | Full-time | EST hoursHiring an Email Marketing Account Manager on behalf of a US-based email marketing agency working with fast-growing DTC/eCommerce brands.This role is focused on strategy and client management, not execution. You will act as the strategic lead for email marketing across multiple client accounts, working closely with a dedicated team that supports implementation.What You’ll Do:Own the email strategy for 6–7 DTC/ecommerce brands and drive results through lifecycle marketing and campaigns.Your responsibilities will include: • Creating campaign strategies and email calendars • Developing lifecycle flows (Welcome, Abandoned Cart, Post-Purchase, etc.) • Briefing copywriters and designers on campaign direction • Reviewing and approving email copy and designs • Managing client relationships and leading client calls • Tracking performance metrics (open rates, conversions, revenue per recipient) • Analyzing campaign performance and recommending optimizations • Testing subject lines, segmentation, angles, and timing • Documenting strategies and processes as SOPsYou will work within a pod structure, collaborating with a copywriter, designer, operations manager, and Klaviyo technician.What you will NOT be doing:To avoid confusion: • You will not be writing email copy • You will not be designing emails • You will not be building emails in Klaviyo yourselfYour role is to own the strategy, guide the team, and manage clients.Requirements: • Fluent English (strong communication skills) • Agency experience working with multiple DTC/ecommerce clients • Strong experience with Klaviyo • Solid understanding of lifecycle email marketing and retention strategy • Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously • Strategic thinking and ability to analyze campaign performance • Comfortable leading client calls and presenting strategiesNice to Have: • Experience with retention marketing and lifecycle strategy • Understanding of direct response marketing principles • Familiarity with customer research and segmentationHow to apply?If this sounds like a good fit, please send: • Your CV • A short Loom video (2–3 minutes) describing an email marketing campaign or account you managed and the results you achieved.
