Email Marketing Account Manager

Clients are jumping in even quicker now!We are a fast growing email marketing agency that’s driven $22M+ in revenue for 6–8 figure brands around the world and most of that in the past year We’re looking for a killer Account Manager who can own their client work, keep projects flowing and help turn great clients into long term partners We work with brands in ecom, apps, and finance. So you can move between those worlds and throw you ideas around, that’s a huge plus.This role is perfect for someone who:-> Thrives in a fast-paced environment (our finance side is very fast) ⚡️-> Knows how to lead teams + manage creative workflows + follow our structure -> Loves building relationships and spotting growth opportunities-> Gets a thrill out of hitting targets and solving problemsWhat you’ll do: ✅ Lead all client comms ✅ Manage the full client relationship ✅ Coordinate with designers, copy and myself ✅ Keep everything moving on Airtable + Slack ✅ Drive client retention and LTVMust have:2+ years in email marketing or account management (agency experience preferred)Strong understanding of ecom and Clear written + verbal communicationObsession with client success 💥Flexible working hours (core availability: 9am–6pm SAST)
