This is an excellent opportunity for an execution-focused individual to take on hands-on campaign work and support our customer retention efforts.ResponsibilitiesBuild and Deploy Campaigns: Execute and launch email, SMS, and push notification campaigns primarily using Klaviyo.Creative Coordination: Manage the creative feedback loop and briefs by coordinating with the creative team via Asana.Quality Assurance (QA): Handle thorough QA testing for all campaigns to ensure accuracy and functionality.Reporting & Execution: Support the Retention Lead by taking on tactical campaign execution and performance tracking.Qualifications 3+ years of experience in the same or similar roleProficiency in FigmaExperience with Marketing Tools: Direct experience with Klaviyo and with project management platforms like Asana.Essential Skills: Highly organized, communicative, and proficient in campaign QA testing and performance tracking.Soft Skills:Creative but intensely execution-focused—you can deliver quickly and adapt easily to feedback.Environment Fit: Comfortable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment.
