Are you an experienced Email Marketing Manager looking for your next career move? Who What Wear UK and Marie Claire UK are looking for a specialist to lead the execution and strategy of email marketing, retention and growth campaigns for two leading fashion and beauty brands.What You'll Be DoingReporting to the Managing Editor, you'll manage the day-to-day operations of email marketing across both brands, including building and scheduling newsletters and dedicated sends, producing weekly performance reports and coordinating with internal and external teams to ensure the timely delivery of campaigns, including third-party partnerships.You'll own and optimise the newsletter and partnerships referral channels, focusing on driving traffic, affiliate revenue and subscriber engagement and loyalty across both brands.Experience That Will Put You Ahead Of The CurveExperience in email marketing, including segmentation, automation and customer journeysExperience using ESPs such as Sailthru, Klaviyo, Selligent, or similar platformsStrong understanding of HTML for email, as well as good knowledge of CSSProficiency in Google Analytics, including building and analysing custom reportsSkill in using project management tools (Asana, Trello, Monday.com) to coordinate and track campaign roll-outsExperience in adapting strategy and working to respond to shifting goals, timelines and prioritiesExperience in contribution to the ideation, launch and execution of multi-stage email marketing campaignsWhat's in it for youThe expected range for this role is £29,000 - £35,000.This is a Hybrid role from our London Office, working three days from the office, two from home Plus more great perks, which include;Uncapped leave, because we trust you to manage your workload and timeWhen we hit our targets, enjoy a share of our profits with a bonusRefer a friend and get rewarded when they join FutureWell-being support with access to our Colleague Assistant ProgrammesOpportunity to purchase shares in Future, with our Share Incentive PlanInternal job family level E5Who Are We...We're Future, the global leader in specialist media.
