Email Marketing Specialist

As an Email Marketing Specialist at Big W, you will execute content strategy and support campaign delivery across the day-to-day marketing streams to support key business objectives and revenue growth. To be successful in this role, you will need great attention to detail, exceptional coordination and time management skills, and the ability to manage and prioritise workflow within our established channel processes.Key responsibilities Helping to build email, push, and SMS campaigns within the marketing platform and external toolsCoordinating the proofing & approvals process to attain stakeholder feedbackCommunicating campaign details and audience segmentationApplying best practices to marketing campaigns and identifying new ways to improve campaign performanceMonitor and optimise always-on automated campaigns: regularly update creative and conduct A/B tests to maximise omni-channel performanceWork with the product team to troubleshoot technical issues and diagnose/correct incorrect workflow triggeringAssist with QA to ensure 100% error-free execution on campaign elements and set-upSupporting the Customer engagement team’s A/B testing goals and requirementsAssist with process improvements, quality checks, logging errors, and escalating potential issuesReport on key metrics for day-to-day marketing campaigns across email and pushManages email marketing calendar and coordinates additional requests for CRM teamCollaborate with Commercial, category marketing, design teams to improve asset delivery processesSupport weekly planning and strategyAdditional marketing support where required
