Our daily tasks include strategy planning, content creation, sales, client support, and overall E-commerce business consulting.With 15+ years of experience in this field, we have consulted and worked with over 500 businesses, including names such as MemberShop.lt, Barbora.lt, Ermitazas.lt, Pegasas.lt, Audimas.lt, Makalius.lt, and many others, including international brands.Currently, we are looking for an Email Marketing Strategist to join our delivery team. You will develop email and omnichannel strategies (Email, SMS, Push) for leading Lithuanian E-commerce brands, collaborating closely with project managers and content creators to drive performance and retention initiatives in a dynamic and diverse role.In this role, you will Work with dedicated long-term e-commerce clients to identify growth opportunities, improve performance outcomes, and support the delivery team (project managers and content creators) with strategic input on ongoing projectsDevelop email & omnichannel strategies (Email, SMS, Push) aligned with customer lifecycle models, including strategic content planning based on creative, performance-driven tacticsConduct audits for new incoming clients, including channel performance analysis, customer journey observations, revenue optimization recommendations, and prioritized action plansWork closely with the team to ensure operational efficiency across client projects while contributing insights that help refine existing processes and methodologiesLeverage data and analytics to monitor performance, uncover trends, and recommend actionable experiments and improvements for customer retentionSupport Omnisend-related account growth initiatives, including consulting and customer- centric program recommendationsStay up to date with market trends in email, retention, and emerging growth/engagement channels, translating them into actionable insights for clients and team membersWhat you will bring At least 2 years of experience in Email Marketing, working with multiple e-commerce brandsDemonstrated ability to develop performance-oriented strategies and auditsStrategic and analytic data-driven mindset to initiate improvements and optimize ongoing projectsExperience with Omnisend, Klaviyo, or other Email Marketing platforms for e-commerceAbility to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with ownership and accountabilityExtreme attention to detail and problem-solvingWillingness to continuously learn and improve both personal and client performanceFluency in Lithuanian and English What we offerA working culture that is high performing, ambitious, collaborative and funHealth insurance and a yearly training budget (local and international conferences, language courses), employee-led workshopsFlexible working hoursUnlimited WFH (work from home) policyExtra vacation days: 2 after working at NFQ for two years and 4 after four years on our teamBonus for referralsFor those who dream of traveling: WFA (work from anywhere) possibilities in NFQ - approved countriesOffice perks and team activitiesSalary range: € 2530 - 3790 gross / monthIf you have any questions, please contact me at ugne.rumsaite@nfq.com or via LinkedinCheck all our career opportunities here.We may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses.
