Using Salesforce Marketing Cloud, this role assembles and reviews email assets, performing quality checks on content, layout, links, and localization. It collaborates with Content and Activation teams to confirm asset readiness and ensure flawless execution—delivering consistent, brand-aligned experiences without requiring backend development.Key ResponsibilitiesPlatform Execution & Quality Assurance:Manage the full QA process for email assets in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, ensuring visual, functional, and brand consistency.Perform rendering previews, link and dynamic content checks, and validate subject lines before deployment.Document and improve QA procedures, optimizing internal checklists and workflows.Use platform features like subject line testing and Einstein Recommendations to enhance email performance.Cross-functional CollaborationLiaise with the Content team to track asset readiness and confirm timely delivery of images, copy, and other creative components.Collaborate with the Activation and Campaign Coordination roles to align on timelines and ensure all QA checkpoints are met prior to go-live.Partner with technical teams when needed to flag issues outside of drag-and-drop scope or requiring backend fixes.
