Email Outreach and Automations Specialist

OysterLink is the newest and fastest growing restaurant & hospitality job site. The site just launched recently and is generating over 300,000 monthly visitors organically.We are seeking an Email Outreach and Automations Specialist with creative thinking, hands-on expertise, and excellent English communication — with proven experience in:Setting up and executing cold outreach campaigns to generate qualified leads and partnershipsCreating newsletters and targeted email blasts to engage and convert existing subscribersBuilding advanced automation flows based on user behavior and segmentation (e.g., users viewing bartender jobs in Miami receive relevant follow-up campaigns)Setting up clear monthly goals, tracking performance metrics, and creating detailed reports to measure successThe GOALS for this position is to:Generate qualified leads through strategic cold outreach and follow-up automationEnsure qualified candidates return to the platform and complete their profiles through behavior-based reactivation campaignsGet hiring managers to post jobs consistently through targeted email communicationGrow and engage our email subscriber base with valuable and relevant contentImprove retention and re-engagement through continuous testing and optimization of automated sequencesRequired Skills:4+ years of experience in email marketing, outreach, and automation strategyExcellent English writing and communication skillsProven hands-on expertise in cold email tools and automation platforms (HubSpot, Klaviyo, Lemlist, Apollo, etc.)Strong understanding of email deliverability, segmentation, and personalization best practicesAbility to design complex user behavior-based automation workflows using event triggers and data segmentationExperience creating high-converting email copy for outreach, newsletters, and automated sequencesDeep knowledge of email analytics and reporting (open rates, CTR, conversions, bounce rates)Proven ability to leverage AI tools to improve personalization, targeting, and efficiencyStrategic and organized mindset - able to plan, implement, and continuously refine campaigns to achieve defined goalsOyster Link offers competitive salaries, yearly growth opportunities AND profit sharing.This is for a full-time, remote-work-at-home position.
